Security

All Applicants are credit checked by specialist referencing company. We do our best to make sure you get the right tenant to suit your property.

All Statutory notices, Tenancy Agreements and supporting documents, inventories, Schedule of Condition (part / full management only) are completed. Liaison with utility companies and Local Authority is established for transfer to the Tenant. We try to make your life as easy as possible.

The tenant provides, on completion date, one month’s rent in advance and a bond. We retain this bond in a separate non-interest deposit account and will be returned after a satisfactory final inspection.

We carry out four monthly inspections (part / full management only) to ensure tenants fulfil their obligations. We report to the Landlord any repairs or refurbishment required, obtain quotes and estimates in line with Landlords instructions.

Management

We manage residential blocks of apartments for all concerned and welcome any new enquiries to take over the management of your block.

Compliance

We operate under the Codes of Practice laid down by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA – Residential Lettings).

Taxation
